Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Hallowed Tree Furniture.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We make every effort to ensure that your items has been properly packaged.

Refunds

Only items that arrive damaged are eligible for a full refund. Please check your item carefully once it is received and contact us within 10 days of delivery. Once an RMN number has been issued, you have 30 calendar days to return the damaged item. Return shipping will be paid for all damaged items being returned.

Exchanges/Store Credit

If an item is received, is not damaged, and you decide you are not satisfied with the item, you may return the item for store credit or exchange the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All exhanges and/or items being returned for store credit must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us so that an RMN number can be issued.

Return shipping will be your responsibility for all items returned for exchange and/or store credit.

Custom Items

Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for custom orders.

Returns

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund, exchange, or store credit after inspecting the item.

If your return for refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If your return for exchange is approved, we will notify you as soon as the exchange has been processed.

If your return for store credit is approved, we will notify you as soon as the store credit has been processed.

Shipping

We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for all returning damaged items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
